My Network (Tools and Info)

Introduction

Listed below are the various tools, utilities and equipment that are essential to the design, construction, and maintenance of a network running Microsoft Windows NT. Most (if not all) of these products can be found on my LAN, and I'll add to this list as I test or implement new things.

Okay!  I finally got around to upgrading my server and improving the video performance in my workstation. If you want to get the best prices for equipment, then you need to check out the Computer Shows. Here are the best ones I've been to:

I finally managed to devote some time to developing my own, personal Knowledgebase. Some of the many topics I cover are:

  • Anti-Virus Solutions
  • Multi-OS Configuration
  • Troubleshooting Tools
  • LAN and Internet connectivity on the Home Network

In the meantime, here are some hot book selections for the budding NT Administrator or Network Engineer. As always, if you have suggestions, feel free to send some Feedback

BTW, I have devised a little Assessment Test to assist me in determining the potential of candidates that I interview...   If you take it, let me know what you think...
